Piedmont Park hosts many of Atlanta biggest and best annual festivals, including music festivals such as the Memorial Day weekend Atlanta Jazz Festival and fall’s Music Midtown; Pride festivals; huge arts festivals such as the Dogwood Festival and Piedmont Park Arts Festival; and heritage festivals celebrating some of Atlanta’s many cultures.
There is also a weekly farmers market from spring through fall, with more food and drink focused events throughout the year.
Other fun family events in Piedmont Park include the Rescue Dog Olympics in spring, the Atlanta Ice Cream Festival in summer, and the Chalk Art Festival in fall.
